Terms of Service

By using MySmartDealer you agree to these terms.

1. Service. MySmartDealer is a CRM for pre-owned car dealerships. It lets dealerships manage stock, leads and sales, and connect their Instagram account and Facebook Page to publish posts about their vehicles.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the dealership and to manage any social account you connect.
3. Your content. You own your content and are responsible for it, including the accuracy of vehicle details and prices. You grant us permission to process and publish it solely to provide the service. You must comply with Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp terms and community guidelines.
4. Authorisation. By connecting an account you authorise us to post on your behalf only as you instruct. You can revoke access anytime in MySmartDealer or in your Instagram/Facebook settings.
5. Acceptable use. No spam, unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content, and no attempts to abuse or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Third-party platforms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. We are not responsible for changes, outages or actions taken by third-party platforms.
7. Fees. Paid plans are billed as described at purchase.
8. Termination. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Disclaimer and liability. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Changes. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
